* John Clarke: organizer with the Ontario Coalition Against Poverty (OCAP) in Toronto
* Véronique Laflamme: community organizer with Quebec national housing rights organization FRAPRU (Front d’action populaire en réaménagement urbain)
* Jean Saint-Vil: radio journalist, community organizer and founding member of the Haitian self-help organization AKASAN (Ayisyen ki ap soutni Ayisyen nètalkole)
***Study in Action is an undergraduate conference designed to link students and community activism. The conference is a space for undergraduate students to present research, develop greater knowledge of social and environmental issues and build ties with community organizations. Organized by a collective of students through QPIRG Concordia and QPIRG McGill, this year’s conference is planned for March 11th-13th, 2011.***
