Friday, April 8th at 5pm - SSMU Ballroom, Shatner Building, 3480 McTavish, 3rd Floor
Items to be presented:
- Audited financial statements
- Bylaw changes.
- Annual reports from the outgoing board, Rad Frosh Coordinators, School Schmool editorial board, Summer Stipend recipients, and QPIRG Staff.
- A review by all of our working groups of what they’ve accomplished in the last year
- Elections of the QPIRG McGill board and Conflict Resolution and Complaints Committee (CRCC).
PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!
Snacks and light refreshments will be served.

DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS: MONDAY, APRIL 4th, 2011 at 5pm.
- McGill student and community members are eligible to vote and run for the Board of Directors
- McGill students and community members can run for the CRCC
- Please consult with QPIRG McGill about community membership and who is eligible.
- Nomination Packages for the Board of Directors and the CRCC are available at the QPIRG McGill Offices or Board Application 2011
