<\/span><\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0non\u2010profit\u00a0organization\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0Social\u00a0and\u00a0Professional\u00a0Development\u00a0of\u00a0First\u00a0Nations,\u00a0Metis<br \/>\nand\u00a0Inuit\u00a0residing\u00a0in\u00a0Quebec.<\/p>\n<p>We\u00a0provide\u00a0temporary\u00a0shelter\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0homeless\u00a0and\u00a0people\u00a0at\u00a0risk.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0beds\u00a0we\u00a0offer\u00a0are\u00a0used\u00a0by\u00a0members\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Aboriginal,\u00a0Metis\u00a0and\u00a0Inuit\u00a0Community\u00a0in\u00a0crisis<br \/>\nsituations.\u00a0We\u00a0offer\u00a030\u00a0beds\u00a0for\u00a0men\u00a0and\u00a09\u00a0beds\u00a0for\u00a0woman\u00a0and\u00a0provide\u00a013\u00a0more\u00a0emergency<br \/>\nbeds.\u00a0We\u00a0are\u00a0open\u00a0from:\u00a07pm\u00a0\u2013\u00a07am,\u00a07\u00a0days\u00a0a\u00a0week.\u00a0\u00a0It\u00a0is\u00a0challenging\u00a0to\u00a0make\u00a0ends\u00a0meet\u00a0and<br \/>\nwe\u00a0are\u00a0always\u00a0working\u00a0on\u00a0fund\u2010raising\u00a0and\u00a0depend\u00a0on\u00a0donations\u00a0to\u00a0carry\u00a0on\u00a0our\u00a0services.<\/p>\n<p>We\u00a0host\u00a0activities\u00a0and\u00a0events.<br \/>\nOur\u00a0monthly\u00a0schedule\u00a0of\u00a0workshops\u00a0and\u00a0events\u00a0to\u00a0include:\u00a0Music\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Art,\u00a0Traditional\u00a0food\u00a0&amp;<br \/>\ncooking\u00a0workshops,\u00a0game\u00a0nights,\u00a0Bingo&#8217;s,\u00a0the\u00a0YMCA,\u00a0sessions\u00a0with\u00a0Elders\u00a0and\u00a0healers.<br \/>\nBudgeting,\u00a0housing\u00a0search,\u00a0anger\u00a0management,\u00a0self\u2010esteem\u00a0workshops.\u00a0C.A,\u00a0A.A,<br \/>\nN.A\u00a0meetings.\u00a0We\u00a0provide\u00a0telephone\u00a0services\u00a0for\u00a0clients\u00a0going\u00a0to\u00a0temp\u00a0work\u00a0agencies,\u00a0do<br \/>\ndentist\u00a0appointments;\u00a0computer\u00a0and\u00a0internet\u00a0se<br \/>\nctors,<br \/>\nrvices.<\/p>\n<p>We\u00a0need\u00a0volunteers.<br \/>\n\u2022 To\u00a0help\u00a0in\u00a0cooking,\u00a0maintenance,\u00a0serving\u00a0food,\u00a0and\u00a0facilitate\u00a0other\u00a0workshops.<br \/>\n\u2022 To\u00a0help\u00a0facilitate\u00a0cultural\u00a0workshops:\u00a0beading,\u00a0songs,\u00a0teachings\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0First\u00a0Nations,<br
