JUNE 21st &amp; 22nd &#8211; Aboriginal Day Celebrations: 8-Hour Radio-a-thon, Mini Pow Wow, Art Expo, and Native Friendship Centre Montreal\u2019s Grand Re-Opening<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>{francais ci-dessous}<br \/>\n<strong>JUNE 21st &amp; 22nd &#8211;\u00a0Aboriginal\u00a0Day Celebrations: 8-Hour Radio-a-thon, Mini Pow Wow, Art Expo, and Native Friendship Centre Montreal\u2019s Grand Re-Opening @ 2001 St Laurent (corner of Ontario)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Native Friendship Centre of Montreal (NFCM) and its youth project, the Inter-Tribal Youth Centre (ITYC), are partnering with Radio CKUT, 90.3FM to celebrate\u00a0Aboriginal\u00a0peoples, the summer solstice, and the grand re-opening of the Native Friendship Centre of Montreal after months of massive renovation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, June 21st, 11-7pm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>Empty lot beside DIRA, anarchist bookstore, St Laurent (between Ontario and Sherbrooke)\u00a0Native Friendship Centre Montreal, 2001 St. Laurent (metro St. Laurent)<\/p>\n<p><strong>11-7pm<\/strong> VOICES OF OUR NATIONS, 3rd annual, 8-hour Radio Broadcast, featuring live guests and performances by indigenous artists, musicians and community members, as well as\u00a0exploring issues that affect indigenous communities in Canada(listen live on 90.3fm or\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ckut.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">ckut.ca<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>*LAUNCH of Native youth hip hop and rap musical productions.
