Join us for a screening of Battle of Chile: the Struggle of an Unarmed People. This three-part documentary by Patricio Guzm\u00e1n chronicles the violent coup led by US-backed General Augusto Pinochet that overthrew Salvador Allende\u2019s democratically-elected socialist government.<\/p>\n
We will be screening the first of three parts of the documentary on May 30th at 6pm, at SSMU (3480 rue McTavish), room 202.<\/strong><\/p>\n Content warning for this film: violence, war, death<\/p>\n Accessibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n The SSMU Building is wheelchair accessible.
