Know Your Rights

McGill has a maze of policies…and some of them work in your favour. In the Radfrosh Know Your Rights workshop, run by the office of the VP University Affairs at SSMU, become an expert in your rights as a student: academically, personally, and even when you’re disrupting university activities.

Learn what you’re entitled to and how to fight for it. And if McGill tries to punish you for campus activism, you’ve got rights there, too!

Fight bureaucracy with bureaucracy and dive into the shadowy world of grievances, the charter of student rights, Quebec law, and playing along to a fucked-up rule book, in this hour long workshop. There is an optional interactive component.
