Membership

If you are a McGill student and you have paid your student fees, including the $5 opt-outable QPIRG fee, you are already a member of QPIRG for the semester!

Non-students: become a member of QPIRG! As a member you get:

  • Access to our printer (500 political posters, 100 personal prints per year)
  • A reserved copy of School Schmool, a free yearly planner and resource guide published in September
  • A membership card

As a Friend of QPIRG, you get extra perks, including:

  • All of the above benefits
  • A QPIRG tote bag!
  • A personal thank you postcard from us
  • Bonus surprises throughout the year

Membership fees go toward funding our Working Groups, which are grassroots organizations and collectives that organize around a variety of social justice issues in Montreal and beyond.

Please note: For the time being, membership cards and member benefits (School Schmool agenda, tote bag) can only be picked up in person. We will contact you by email with information about how to pick up your membership materials. Please email us at info@qpirgmcgill.org for more information.
