Conflict and Crisis De-Escalation

This is an introduction to crisis intervention and de-escalation. In it, I cover: defining crisis, planning for crisis and crisis de-escalation, de-escalating yourself & basic suicide intervention. This workshop is roughly 105 minutes long.
Learning Objectives
* understanding what a crisis is
* learning the basic steps of crisis intervention
* learning different arousal types and understanding one’s own arousal type
