Plant Allies for Rage and Resilience

Come and learn with Andrea Macdonald, Two Spirit Anishinaabe herbalist and community educator, about a few local, abundant plants that support the various body systems impacted by prolonged anger and stress. There will be a tea tasting and burdock pickling demonstration, during which we will discuss care strategies to support our loved ones and ourselves during these outrageous times.
